Coach Ismar Tandir is a former professional soccer forward with over 10 years of experience playing in Europe and the U.S. A product of the New York Red Bulls Academy & first team player and winner of the 2019 Slovak Super Liga Silver Boot, Ismar brings elite-level knowledge to every training session. Now the founder of T3 Sports Academy and assistant coach at Lafayette College, he’s dedicated to helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. His mission is simple: train smarter, play better, and inspire the next generation of players.
