T3 Sports Academy was founded by Ismar Tandir, a former professional soccer forward with over a decade of experience competing in top leagues across Europe and the United States. A product of the New York Red Bulls Academy and first team Ismar went on to play in France, Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Iceland, India and beyond—earning accolades such as the 2019 Slovak Super Liga Silver Boot while helping MFK Ružomberok secure a Europa League spot. On the international level Represented his country Bosnia I Herzegovina at the U 19 and U 21 level.

After retiring from professional play, Ismar shifted his focus to coaching and player development. Today, in addition to leading T3 Sports Academy, he serves as a Division I assistant coach at Lafayette College, 2023 finalist and 2025 Patriot league champion. He mentors collegiate athletes at the highest level of competition. His professional background and current coaching experience give T3 players unique access to world-class training, insights, and mentorship.

Ismar’s mission through T3 Sports is simple: to create an environment where players of all ages can train like professionals, grow in confidence, and unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
